Wine Country Feast Class: Sausage Making

Learn to love to cook in this series of engaging hands-on feast classes at the farm with local chef/artist/instructor Corey Pressman! Each class offers the opportunity to pick up cooking skills, discover new recipes, and create some delicious memories. Participants learn first-hand how to make every menu item. Also, the perfect Durant Vineyard wine pairings round out every course.

March Class: Spring Sausage Learn to make sausage from scratch! This feast class celebrates spring with hand-made lamb sausage, early veggies, and delectable citrus sorbet.
